House rules

These rules help keep both homes comfortable for every guest. If anything here is unclear, please contact us before you book.

The Wren’s Nest Treehouse

• Check-in is after 3:00 PM. Checkout is before 11:00 AM.
• Up to 2 guests.
• Adults only: all guests must be 18 or older.
• A waiver must be signed before your stay. We’ll email it to you after you book.
• Please review our severe-weather policy before booking: [add the severe-weather policy here].
• An exterior security camera covers the entrance walkway only.

Black Bear Lodge

• Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Checkout is before 10:00 AM.
• Up to 10 guests.
• The guest who books must be at least 25 years old.
• Pets live on the property.
• Parking is on the gravel driveway, with room for 6 to 8 vehicles. If you bring a trailer, turn around at the concrete pad halfway down the driveway.
